The bill (Reg. No7215) submitted by the People´s Deputies of Ukraine V. Kurylov and O. Shevchuk, envisages the implementation of the National System of Qualifications, oriented at the formation of single, integral, open and flexible system of qualifications, covering all the levels and types of elementary, higher, secondary, post-graduate etc. education and introduction of new term ‘life-long education.´
The Committee members upheld the legislative initiative though deem it necessary to consider the fact that Ukraine has already formed and functioning certain educational model that envisages thus the People´s Deputies stated the necessity to define the coordination of suggested legislative notations with the nom effective in this sphere and elimination of ambiguities etc.
